Nokia denies comeback with Android smartphones – Bright

Nokia would come back with a rumored Android smartphone. None of which, Nokia claims themselves.

A Chinese Nokia CEO last week would have attached to the Chinese media that the Finnish company was about to make a comeback with an Android device to make. Nokia would even move its facilities to China, although it was not known whether it would produce the Nokia phone. But all that now appears to be wrong.

On the website Nokia denies rumors with certainty. “Nokia has no plans to produce consumer handsets or sell.” According to Nokia, all the media reports error and is the commentary of the so-called top man not someone from Nokia itself.

Nokia has been taken over in 2014 by Microsoft and may in any case in accordance with the agreements were not for the fourth quarter of next year name used on Nokia phones. It is more likely that Nokia is working with other manufacturers to license Nokia technology.
