Subscribers will no longer have to deal with speed on the network and the data limit is relaxed, a spokesman confirmed.
Where users of older subscriptions previously had to pay extra if they went about their data limit is now only the speed reduced to 64 Kbps.
KPN did not disclose how many subscribers were still on older subscriptions with 3G internet. “They are not very big numbers,” said a spokesman. It is unclear how many of these people already owned a 4G device.
