The most common problems are a broken screen, a rapidly deflating battery and broken buttons. This research shows that participated a thousand Dutch consumers. Nearly 10 percent of respondents appeared to have a broken screen burden.
Most smartphones come in younger users. Most are between 18 and 24 years old. In that group has as many as 1 in 3 users a broken appliance. In the age group of 25 to 45 years, this figure is 3 out of 10. Of the 45 senior citizen has only one to make the 10 with a broken device.
