Microsoft at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona two new budget handsets revealed, including a so-called phablet. The Lumia 640 and 640 XL are respectively from € 139 and € 189 available

Both devices include a Snapdragon 400 processor with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage memory and contain Windows Phone 8.1 operating system . The storage memory is further expandable in both devices with a microSD card.
The regular 640 has a 5-inch large screen with a 720p resolution. The screen of the 640XL has this resolution, but with a 5.7 inch bigger. The smaller of the two also has a 5 megapixel camera on the back, while his big brother has a 13 megapixel camera.
Both devices come with a year’s subscription to Microsoft’s online software suite Office 365
The 3G version of the Lumia 640 will cost € 139, while the 4G version costs € 159. This handset is available in April. The XL with 3G will cost € 189. The version with 4G will be € 219 for this month are still in stores.
