Telecom Provider Vodafone gives customers a half year of free access to Napster, a music streaming service which you subscribe normally have to close of 9.95 euros per month.
That collaboration was announced today. To take advantage of the offer, you have to buy a single bundle of 100 MB. That costs about 3 euros. Also, you must do so before 30 June. From April 7, the action also applies to new and sustaining customers, once they close a Red or Smart subscription with Vodafone.
Although there is no cost to sit on the Napster subscription itself connected, you pay for the data that you burned while streaming music. Which is deducted from your mobile bundle. That does not apply, if you connect via wifi.
Napster?
Napster began as peer-to-peer network, where Internet pirates in the years around the turn of illegal music together shared. Meanwhile, the brand has passed several owners and Napster is now a legal streaming service similar to Spotify. You will find more than 34 million songs.
Vodafone is not the only provider that interacts with a streaming service. For instance, KPN Spotify Premium and T-Mobile is teamed with Deezer
