Cortana app this fall to Android and iOS – Inside Gamer

Cortana coming this fall, after the release of Windows 10, as a standalone app on Android and iOS.

The new digital assistant, which is usable for a year on Windows Phone, first come out on desktop. This is followed by the tablet and smartphone version. Members of Microsoft Research work on the project called Einstein, which they search for new applications Cortana. As they use technology that can read and understand emails.

Cortana is named after the blue companion from the Halo series. She is voiced by Jen Taylor, both the game and the software.
