YouTube has started a experiment for 4K videos. YouTube is currently experimenting with 4k videos which are shown at 60 frames per second. However, the supply of these videos at the moment is still very limited. At present there are six videos in 4k resolution with a frame rate of 60 frames per second.
It is currently not possible to upload these videos. It is also the question of how many people the videos with extremely high resolution and high frame rate can actually see. To view the videos requires a resolution of at least 3840 × 2160 pixels, for viewing in addition to the high resolution also a lot of computing power is required.
YouTube last year already started supporting movies on 60 frames per second. Before it was only possible to YouTube to watch videos at 60 frames per second
