Youtube experiment with 4K video at 60 frames per second – NU.nl

Currently, there are six to watch movies in 4K resolution with a frame rate of 60 frames per second. It is not yet possible to upload videos with this format.

It is also the question of how many people can actually watch the videos with extremely high resolution and high frame rate. There is a resolution of at least 3840 by 2160 pixels is required, and also a lot of computing power. On most computers, the videos are still very choppy playback.

At the end of last year, the video service began with the support of movies at 60 frames per second. Before it was only possible to see a video with up to 30 frames per second. There are also recently found a number of 4K movies in which 360 degrees can be looked around.
