Ivo Opstelten, and the Dutch schools ‘winning’ Big Brother Awards – Techzine

Minister Ivo Opstelten has this year’s Big Brother Award ”. Dutch schools are also elected. The price is for the worst violators of privacy by Bits of Freedom awarded.

The tenth edition of the Big Brother Awards are over and Justice Minister Ivo Opstelten, and the Dutch schools have been voted worst violators of privacy in 2014. Opstelten could count on the most votes from the public, the Dutch schools were chosen by the experts.

Minister Opstelten the past year according to Bits of Freedom responsible been for “the preservation of data retention, the continuation of his hack plans, structural ignoring privacy concerns and suspicion of all Dutch” . The Dutch schools received the prize for exchanging large-scale data on students with publishers of educational materials.

The new election is already the fourth for Minister Opstelten. Bits of Freedom sees the election as a new confirmation that Opstelten “are infringing plans stiff continue taking care of experts and MPs and even constitutional objection ignores” . The schools are defined as a place where you used to go to go to college, but now is just studied.
