Dissatisfied app? Apple gives money back – Yahoo! News

Who apps or music purchased through iTunes or the App Store, which now trade up to two weeks after the purchase . Customers get over without a reason to give up, refunded their money.

That is in terms of iTunes, which recently updated by Apple. This was discovered by the German iFun.de.

The change applies to countries within the European Union. For adjusting the purchases were not returned or exchanged. Apple seems to have conditions for digital purchases now adjusting to European regulations. Which states that customers who buy products online, have the right to change back to two weeks after purchase.

Customers now have a “right of withdrawal” of 14 days. Who is dissatisfied with an app or music, which now can with a press of a button (the ‘Report a problem’ function) returning to Apple and get the money back.

Specify a specific reason not necessary. The purchase will be removed from the iTunes account of the client, and then do not use anymore. All digital purchases through iTunes, App Store, Mac Store and iBooks Store can be canceled.

The new regulations may turn into abuse. Games or apps that are played out within two weeks or users who are tired of the time, can be exchanged without the app developer gets money for it. At rival Google, users can reclaim their money up to two hours after purchase.
