As the name suggests, the company engages with the unit back to its heyday, when the master was in the business smartphone segment. The Classic is completely dressed as the popular Bold line of yesteryear and therefore need the corporate BlackBerry fans appeal from that period.

Sold Out

In the United States seems to be in this strategy Anyway to work to some extent: the first copies were sold out even before the launch date. Anyone who still order a device will come in January next.

To what extent this is the popularity, of course, the question is, since it is not known how many copies were delivered to retailers.

Security

After a failed consumers adventure BlackBerry now focuses again almost exclusively on the business market. The company hopes to differentiate from competitors like Apple by offering better data security itself.

On Friday, the company presents its quarterly figures, with a modest recovery is expected in relation to the poor quarters. From the second quarter figures showed earlier that BlackBerry financially now no longer in danger, but in terms of sales numbers, there was only to be seen little growth
