Two OnePlus gets controversial Snapdragon 810 processor – Personal Computer Magazine

Two OnePlus get a Snapdragon 810 processor from Qualcomm. Although this chip is notoriously to overheating problems, the Chinese company has decided to add an improved version in the future phone. There are some changes made to the software and hardware of the device, so that should not be so hot.

This was reported by the company on the OnePlus- forum. The company uses the latest version of the Qualcomm chip, the v2.1.

Not happy

Many fans of the phone are not happy with the individual choice. The 810 is the newest Snapdragon CPU from Qualcomm, but the chip causes many problems. Thus, the 810 is also in the Xperia Z3 + Sony and also who has suffered from overheating.

Touchscreen problems

But the current OnePlus One does not have a good reputation in the field of heating. Since the switch to Android users complain Lollipop bitterly about problems with the touchscreen, which is largely caused by an overheated phone.
