Samsung announces a stronger variant of the Samsung Galaxy S6 under the name Galaxy S6 Active. The robust housing can survive a fall to around 1.2 meters. Also, the device is waterproof and can stay underwater for up to one hour

The specifications of the model are Active further to a large extent similar to the normal-S6 variants. The 5.1 inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display is the same, as well as the Exynos 7420 processor, 16 MP camera on the front and 5 MP camera on the back.
Active however, longer on a single charge. The battery capacity was 3,500 mAh with respect to the 2,550 mAh battery in the ordinary Galaxy S6. The new model focuses therefore on people who like to go out and be outside a lot.
Samsung currently has no plans to bring the device to the Netherlands. The Galaxy S6 Active is still only by the US provider AT & amp; T offered
