The South Korean company would have several Tizen handsets in different price ranges in the planning. A spokesman declined to comment on the message.
In January, the first smartphone with Tizen, the Z1, launched in India and shortly thereafter in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. The budget device, which fetches about 75 euros, since then was a million times over Indian counters.
