Possession of tablets and smartphones continues to rise steadily among the Dutch population. Meanwhile, there are more owners of a tablet than a desktop. Four out of five Dutch have access to a modern mobile phone. For young people without smartphone is difficult search in the Netherlands. Other social media can count on a growing interest. Compared to December 2014 the active use of Instagram rising in June 2015 from 13 to 18 percent, Pinterest from 10 to 17 percent and Snap Chat from 6 to 9 percent.
