The acquisition was announced via a blog post.
Monday reported The Wall Street Journal all that the German company behind Wunderlist would be taken over by the US tech giant. An amount was not disclosed, according to the newspaper which is between one and two hundred million dollars.
Microsoft and the makers of Wunderlist emphasize that for existing users in the near future will change little. Wunderlist is already available for Windows Phone and also has apps for Windows, OS X, iOS and Android.
Thanks to the acquisition of Wunderlist, Microsoft next to a calendar and mail app now an app tasks in its portfolio. Earlier annexed it all Sunrise Calendar and Acompli in.
Accompli by Microsoft already reissued as Outlook. Sunrise still remains under its present title available. The same applies to Wunderlist
