The share of Microsoft’s Windows Phone fell in the smartphone market to less than 1%. It could also both agree that the newest Lumia, is the latest.
73% sold fewer devices
The past quarter global smartphone sales increased by 4%. Windows Phone, however, has not been able to enjoy from the success: it sold about 2.4 million units during this period. This brings their share of about 0.7 percent. came in the first quarter of 2015 no less than “2.5% of all smartphones with Windows Phone. There were then 8.6 million units sold, so the number of units sold declined by a hefty 73% over last year.
Foxconn takes about Windows Phone
