The Spaces app is available for iOS, Android and the web. Built into the app, the Google search engine, YouTube and the Chrome browser.
Within a ‘space’ it is possible to share links, photos and videos, and to react to this. Messages do not appear in one long stream, but are organized by shared link.
In the application it is possible to find pictures by typing in keywords. Combined with the built-in Google search engine and YouTube videos this should make it easier to share things with each other.
At Google I / O developer conference that the company is this week in San Francisco, is also shown how it is possible to enter a Spaces group by holding a phone against an NFC tattoo or Bluetooth beacon
