“January 1, 1970″ makes iPhones unusable – PC

There is a notable bug found in iPhones that are newer than the iPhone 5. Once you get out there and start fixing the date set 1-1-1970, run the appliances they are also no longer on.

Reddit users discovered the bug as before. Bypass is simple: set the date not on 1 January 1970. However, that does not prevent this error can have disastrous consequences if your iPhone falls into the wrong hands

Reddit also warned that hackers from a distance may change the date of the iPhone, and in doing so can cause damage. You do not have to be immediately fear, but the possibility would exist.



Repair

The bug is also present on the new iPad models. If you encounter it, then your iPhone need to be repaired. It can also help to completely empty the battery running, it seems.

Apple has not yet responded.
