Features

The three smartphones also have substantially the same specifications. They all come with a 23 and 5 megapixel camera, Snapdragon 810 processor, 3GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage that can be expanded with a microSD card.

The rear camera has a faster autofocus of 0.03 seconds and the front camera has a wide angle lens and can record full HD videos.

The design has also received a minor update. The edges are what matter and back of the Z5 and Z5 Compact is made from milk glass instead of ordinary glass. The Z5 Premium has the ‘old’ shining back.

The battery capacity and dimensions obviously do differ per device. The Compact is 8.9 millimeters thick, the Z5 7.3 millimeters and 7.8 millimeters Premium. All devices are waterproof and have no cover for the micro USB port.

Sony gears equipped with a fingerprint scanner which is integrated in the on / off button on the side. Thanks to the fingerprint scanner can be set up to five profiles which all have their own settings and entries
