‘Shortage iPhone 6s Plus threatens to launch’ – Telegraaf.nl

The new iPhone 6s Plus will be launched later this year, but threatens already a shortage for the new smartphone from Apple. A producer of components for the phones would have problems with the production. This was reported by AppleInsider based KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo

Minebea, the Japanese electronics manufacturer would struggle to produce the backlight. Apple would now like to give the order to competitor Radiant. Analyst Kuo believes that Radiant is more suitable for the job to relief for the 5.5 inch screen of the iPhone to 6S Plus, because they already have this previously did for the iPad Mini.
