Alcatel is still very active in the smartphone market and focuses on consumers who do not want to pay too much for a good smartphone. At IFA, the company introduced the Shine LITE, an extension of less than 200 euros.
The Alcatel Shine LITE is a 5 inch smarthpone with IPS screen and is equipped with a fingerprint scanner on the back that allows you to unlock and secure can launch apps the device. In addition, you can link several fingers on special promotions. At the back is a 13 MP camera that has a dual flash for better pictures, the front camera is a 5 megapixel model.
The Shine LITE is surrounded with a metal-glass enclosure, so it looks and feels sturdy. Further specifications are fine – especially considering the price at which this product is offered. If processor is a quad MediaTek applied, but in which this takes a clock rate is not known. The internal memory is 2GB and storage 16 GB which can be expanded with an additional micro SD card.
The Alcatel Shine LITE launches in early November in the Netherlands for 199 euros.
