The earth turns in his early years frontally collided with the planet called Theia . The latter broke apart. Part of this planet was recorded by the collision with the earth, the other part was our moon. That put American scientist Edward Young and his colleagues at the American University UCLA in response to new research.
Young and studied his team again the composition of seven moonstones, brought back by the Apollo missions, and a meteorite from the moon. On the other hand they took six stones from the mantle of the earth under the microscope. And as it turned out, the stones contain oxygen atoms which are made exactly the same. The researchers conclude that the stones have the same origin.
