The PC market in 2015 again gone significantly backwards. 2015 was not a good year for PC sales. Apple is currently the only manufacturer which has more PCs sold compared with a year earlier in 2014.
The PC industry experienced the worst year in seven years, only Apple has sold more PCs. Says a new report from market research firm IDC.
Worldwide were shipped in the final quarter of last year, a whopping 10.6 percent fewer PCs than the last three months of 2014. For the first time in three years the counter in number linger among the 300 million copies. Virtually all manufacturers were faced with a sharp decline, Apple has more PCs sold compared to 2014. This is mainly due to the new ones which have appeared on the market.
Windows 10 has had little impact on the PC sales. Many users are upgrading to Windows 10, but before buying a new computer. This is also because the update to Windows 10 is free for Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 users
