Google Chrome for iOS thanks WKWebView much faster, less crash – iculture

At Google today was probably from the flag. The crash problems of Safari decided a lot of people (temporarily) to switch to the Chrome brwoser. Meanwhile, the problems have been solved with Safari, but it still pays to try Chrome. Namely the mobile browser has implemented a technical improvement, making it has become just as fast as Safari.

Google Chrome for iOS is now using WKWebView, The latest browser engine that Apple iOS since 8 makes available. Therefore, the browser is not only faster, but also crashes less often: the number of crashes decreased by 70 percent. Furthermore, the execution of JavaScript code faster, which improves the overall performance of the mobile web browser.
