Users are advised in the message to switch to the latest version of the browser, Internet Explorer 11, or Microsoft Edge.
People with an older version Windows will probably be advised to switch to a new version that supports Internet Explorer 11.
It is not yet clear when Microsoft put an end to the career of the three generations of the browser. They then get no more security updates and bug fixes
