HTC gets to train health – Telegraaf.nl

HTC is hoping to pick up a piece with the fitness craze. Along with sporting goods manufacturer Under Armour launches a fitness system that sleep, activity and dietary measures, monitors and manages.

The UA HealthBox consists of a wristband, heart rate monitor and scales that are connected to each other via the UA Record app. “This system contains everything a person needs to optimally manage his or her health and fitness,” says Ruud Kerstjens of HTC Benelux.

The wristband is designed with the goal to this day after day wear. Even at night. The schermpjekan thereto are hidden behind a rubber. An LED indicates the target zone as soon as the strap is coupled with the transmitter belt. The scale can be connected to wifi then data about weight and body fat percentage are automatically sent to the app.

The UA HealthBox is available from January 22 in the US In the course of the year, followed by other countries
