Microsoft will remove 2,850 jobs in response to the layoff which the company announced earlier this year.
For example, a report was submitted to the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The layoffs will be implemented in July 2017.
The layoffs will include information to Microsoft’s marketing department. About 900 company employees have been informed of their forthcoming dismissal.
In May, Microsoft announced that it would lay off all of 1,850 employees, including 1,350 employees of the former Nokia offices in Finland, which was acquired in 2013 by Microsoft.
Microsoft has been more than two years reorganizing. In mid-2014 announced that it was cutting up to 18,000 jobs. In July 2015 deleted the additional 7,800 jobs.
