The new Office 2016 package for Office 365 users is available today for Mac. Those who already have a 365 plan, can upgrade to the enhanced version of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote. To pay the purchase of a license instead of a subscription will only be possible during the month of September, Microsoft has announced in its press release
The update must bridge a gap of five years. Since Office 2010, no more new version of Office for Mac. Microsoft rolled out a preview of the refreshed package early March, now comes with the finished software. PowerPoint is a better presenter screen, which can show the wearer notes that remain invisible to the public. Outlook will automatically organize related messages and show previews of emails. OneNote is the first time included with the Office suite for Mac and the user will provide a calendar function.
