This is evident from the fifth Monitor Women Professors which the Dutch National Network of Female Professors (LNVH) presents Thursday.

According to Born, there is plenty of potential. “More than 550 female university professors are ready to professors who retired go on to follow, but at the current rate it will take until 2055 before many women as men are professors.”

Flow

In addition, there are more flow in functions. Born: “You see more and more women to move from PhD student to teacher, and then to associate professor.” This is the representation of women in all scientific positions in virtually every scientific discipline has increased.

Female university (senior) lecturers and professors often work full time but earn less than their male counterparts.
