The OnePlus One and OnePlus 2 will be updated in the first quarter of 2016 to Android 6.0, also known as Android Marshmallow.
put on the official forum of OnePlus the manufacturer that the OnePlus One and OnePlus 2 itself can now look forward to an update to Android 6.0. The update would be scheduled for the first quarter of 2016, an exact date has not yet given manufacturer. The company would be busy with the integration of the latest Android version.
Like OnePlus are a lot of manufacturers working on updating devices to the latest version of Android. So let other Chinese manufacturers Huawei Honor and previously know which devices can expect the update. Likely to programmers in the community OnePlus their version of Android Marshmallow, OxygenOS, are ready sooner for the OnePlus One. For OnePlus 2 would be offering its own software more difficult are the highly secure fingerprint sensor in the device.
Less good news for OnePlus X, the cheaper smartphone from the manufacturer who late last month was announced.
