Apple gets Withings-products from its stores – Knack.be

Apple is since last week in the clinch with Nokia Technologies, the patentbeheerder of the former telefoonbouwer. The two tech locks in 2011 after a previous legal battle, an agreement in which agreements were made about the use by Apple of Nokia patents. Last week pitched Nokia however a case of 32 patents over which the two never even would have become. Apple, for its part, accuses Nokia in a other litigation of certain patents from the previous agreement to have with the intention to ‘excessive royalties to requirements’.
