In possession of an iPhone 5 whose battery faster than normal running? You’re not alone. Apple endorses the battery problem and has a battery replacement program put on rope. Also in the Netherlands.
Apple has put up a web where you can read that part of the iPhone has 5-circulation to contend with reduced battery life. It is about 2013 devices sold between September 2012 and January, the first month that the iPhone 5 was on the market. One cause of the accudeffect is not mentioned.
iPhone serial number
On this page you can enter the serial number of your iPhone 5 to see if you qualify for the battery swap. Do you find the serial number on to Settings & gt; General to go. Tap Info and scroll down. There you see the number are.
The batteries are replaced in the Netherlands from 29 August. This may be at an Apple Store, an Apple Authorized Service Provider or an Apple Retail Store. If you have to replace your battery earlier you can get your money back. The battery exchange program runs until March 1, 2015
