Nokia unveils new smartphone with Android 7.0 – NU.nl

The Nokia 6 is powered by a midrange SnapDragon 430-chip from Qualcomm, and it has 4 GB of RAM. In addition, the smartphone with 64 GB of storage memory that is expandable with microSD cards, a camera with 16 megapixels and a 3,000 mAh battery.

Furthermore, the Nokia 6 a screen diagonal of 5.5 inches which is a screen with a resolution of 1920×1080 and HD is mounted. The housing is made of a single piece of aluminum made.

The Nokia 6 is as yet only in China to be launched. The smartphone will cost 1699 yuan (about 233 euros). It is not yet clear whether the Nokia 6 also in the rest of the world is placed on the market.

HMD Global

HMD Global will be the smartphones, on Android, go to run, going to make. HMD is a collaboration between Finland’s Nokia and Taiwan’s Foxconn.

The company has an exclusive license for the release of smartphones, tablets and feature phones under the name Nokia. That license was to may when Microsoft, in 2013, for 7.9 billion dollars the apparatentak of Nokia took over.

Since the acquisition by Microsoft appeared barely more Nokia smartphones. The last was the Nokia Lumia 830 at the end of 2014. Then used Microsoft only Lumia name.
