“IPhone will in 2017 complete glass enclosure ‘- NU.nl

Reported that at least the usually well-informed analyst Ming-Chi Kuo of KGI, reports 9to5 Mac . Apple would abandon aluminum because it would no longer be modern and too many competitors make their devices even of that material.

The iPhone 4 and 4S were all made of glass, with an aluminum portion therebetween. This time the company would make the devices entirely of glass. About the design of the phone says Kuo little else.

The iPhone 7S would also feature an AMOLED screen that is thinner and lighter than the current screen of the iPhone. This would compensate for the heavier weight of the glass.

That Apple are devices until next year, not this year includes a new design is in line with previous rumors. The iPhone 7, which opens this year, which would look does not differ much from the iPhone 6 and 6S.
