Google has the security update for december released. The update is now being rolled out to all Nexus and Pixel devices. Do you have a Nexus in the home and you cannot be sure whether the update has been received, you can do that quite easily yourself check.
Google has let me know that there’s an update rolled out for Nexus and Pixel devices. This concerns not only the Android 7.1.1-update that was previously was released this week, but now also the security update that the company monthly reports. If you want to check whether the update have already received it or not, you can do that with a few simple steps. Go to the app drawer (or pull up the quick menu, down) and press the gear icon. There you will find all the settings. Scroll down until you get to About the phone / tablet.

There’s already 5 december 2016, then you’ll know for sure that you have the latest updates received. Usually it takes a few days to a week before the update when everyone has arrived.
