Wikipedia deletes Daily Mail is now the source NU.nl

Wikipedia has decided the British newspaper Daily Mail final exit as a source of information on the English version. The content of the magazine is by the online encyclopedia, is dismissed as “unreliable”.

The American Wikimedia Foundation in San Francisco, which Wikipedia manages, after complaints about two years about the unique decision thought.

The editors of Wikipedia got the reputation of the Daily Mail as “lousy fact-checking, to sensationalist and ruthless”. Volunteers are currently 12,000 links to the sheet after to check and if necessary replace by other sources, says The Guardian.

Sources are not frivolous disposed of. For example, Russia Today, supported by the Kremlin, it is the source maintained.
