Facebook has started a new search functionality making it possible to search messages. The new option is only available for US users who visit Facebook through the browser or iOS app.
In the search bar of Facebook is now possible to enter multiple keywords, then the user gets all messages to see where the combination prevented keywords. The search function only covers messages that ever earlier in the timeline of the users have appeared. Public messages from users where not Facebook friends with it closed, are not shown.
It is still unclear if the functionality is rolled out worldwide. The addition makes as Facebook is part of a long process, which makes it not just to roll out
